Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to the General Manager and global executive team. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and other support staff.Escolaridade mínima:Superior CompletoIdiomas:Inglês FluentePerfil desejado – Habilidades esperadas:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS. Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting. Experience with financial software and systems, including ERP systems. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing financial strategies to support business goals. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, investors, and other stakeholders. Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
